Special Education & TEAM 66

Support

Parents or guardians are always welcome to accompany their child during school activities, even if they’re not volunteering. This ensures that families can engage with their child's experiences and provide additional support and comfort. Your presence is valued and encourages a strong connection between home and school.

We encourage all parents and guardians to advocate for their child's unique needs, and TEAM 66 is committed to working with you to ensure appropriate accommodations are provided. Your voice is important in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.

Parent Advisory Council - P.A.C

The Parent Advisory Council for Special Education provides a vital platform for parents and guardians to share their insights and concerns regarding special education services. Some members of TEAM 66 serve as members of the council, bringing their experience to the discussions. This council fosters collaboration between families and the school district, ensuring that the voices of those with experience in special education are heard. Through regular meetings and open discussions, the council works to enhance support, resources, and advocacy for students with special needs, creating a more inclusive educational environment for everyone.
